Your shop's data belongs to you.
You own it
Your data is yours, not ours. We never sell it, never show ads with it, and never use your customers' details for anything else.
Only you can see it
Only you and the staff you add. kmarto support can look only when you switch on access - and every look shows in your activity log.
Take it any time
Download everything - an Excel workbook or a full copy - on any plan, even after your trial ends. Delete your shop whenever you want.

Outside IndiaEverything is encrypted when stored and while it travels. If any of this changes, we'll update this table.
In your admin
Open Admin settings → Your data to download everything, switch kmarto support access on or off, see who signed in or looked, and delete your shop.
Can kmarto staff see my sales?+
Not unless you allow it. In your admin, Admin settings → Your data, switch on “Allow kmarto support” for 24 hours or 7 days when you want help. It switches itself off, and each look is listed in your activity log. Without it, kmarto sees only what it needs to run your account: your shop name, plan, contact details and how many products and orders you have.
What happens after my trial, or if I stop paying?+
Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, see everything and download it. Only adding and changing things - and your booking page - need Premium.
Who sees my customers' details?+
Only you and your staff. Customers who order from your booking page share their name, number and address with your shop, not with kmarto - we only store it for you.
How do I leave?+
Download your data, then Delete my shop. You get 7 days to change your mind, and we email you before it goes. After that everything is erased for good. Keep your download - GST rules ask you to keep your invoices for several years.
